Matt Henry and Marti Brass, owners of Free Gold Watch, along with partner Damien Posey and advisor Joe Reiss plan to convert a garage at 768 Stanyan (between Avenue Cyclery and Kezar Pub) to a cannabis dispensary and consumption lounge. The San Francisco Office of Cannabis shows their application as being processed. 
The dispensary will be required to obtain a conditional use permit. There is a conditional use hearing scheduled for June 18 at the Planning Commission. During shelter-in-place, Planning Commission hearings have been remote—streaming on https://sfgovtv.org/planning, with a call-in number (888-273-3658 / Access code: 3107452) for public comment. Planning Commission meetings begin at 1 pm. The agenda should be available at https://sfplanning.org/ by June 12.
